Our factory sits in Guangzhou Private Sci-Tech Park, Baiyun District. Production areas are built to the requirements of GMPC certification, and we hold ISO 22716, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certificates. We are recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

Emulsifying, filling and packing
- 7 emulsifying tanks: 300 L and 2,000 L vacuum homogenizers, 1,000 L and 3 × 5,000 L mixing tanks
- 9 filling lines, including 5 automatic lines: 6-head mask filler, twin-head smart fillers, aluminium and soft-tube sealers
- 39 semi-automatic filling machines, up to 200,000 units per day
- Packing line with L-sealers, cellophane wrappers and heat-shrink machines for gift sets
- Filling hall with central air handling, four-stage air filtration and UV disinfection
Checked at every stage
Products are made right, not just inspected at the end. Four quality checkpoints cover every order.
Incoming raw materials and packaging are tested before use, and suppliers are rated on the results.
Every step on the production line is checked against the batch standard.
Finished goods are tested for appearance, scent, pH, viscosity, stability and microbiology.
Packed cartons are opened and audited before shipment.
In-house testing
Our lab runs routine physical, chemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, bulk and finished goods.
- pH meters, conductivity meter and digital viscometers
- Automatic density meter, Abbe refractometer and analytical balance
- HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) for ingredient analysis
- Stability incubators, centrifuge and foam tester

Our R&D is led by a formulation engineer with more than 20 years in cosmetics development. Our emulsifying supervisor has over 15 years of hands-on experience, supported by a quality team that checks every batch.
